Here are some of our most frequently asked questions, if you can’t find your answers or need clarification on something please contact us.
Premium Enclosed Photo Booth – We will arrive 75 to 90 minutes prior to scheduled starting time, this allows 45 minutes to set up and then have a 30 minute break.
Party Photo Booth – 45 to 60 minutes prior to scheduled starting time, this allows 30 minutes to set up.
The pictures on our website of the photo booths are actually the photo booths that we will bring to your event. What you order you will get.
We do not turn up with and i-pad on a stand or an ugly, makeshift photo booth. We have seen some very interesting photo booths out there.
You may have expectations of what a photo booth should look like, but when they show up to your event, its NOT what you saw.
Our photobooth is designed to be portable and will go in most lifts. If there is a flight of stairs you would need to advise us. It is useally not an issue, however some stairs are narrow and steep and have turns. We have a list of venues that we are unable to service.
For outdoor performance, the Photo Booth will require overhead and weather proof shelter on a clean dry flat surface for the performance area. More information on our guide to outdoor Photo Booth performances.
We use a 18 mega-pixel camera and a lab quality dye-sub printer to ensure you receive the highest level photostrips in the industry.
Our photo booth can comfortably fit 6 – 8 adults, even more if you plan it right. Most other photo booths can just squeeze in a maximum of two or three people and it only shows their faces. With us we have had a whole bridal party fit in the booth
If your package includes an attendant, we provide a friendly photobooth attendant who will create an unforgettable experience for you and your guests from start to finish. Our attendants are technically trained to operate and ensure that you get the best use of your photo Booth.
Yes if its 4 hrs and longer. Weddings and functions are a lengthy so if you are able to supply the booth attendant with a meal and water or soft drink it would be greatly appreciated, a table seat is not required. We are grateful for your hospitality.
